Omar Saddique
Founder, Bright Minds
Omar Saddique is the founder of Bright Minds. With over 17 years of teaching and senior leadership experience in schools, he is also a system leader supporting schools across the borough to develop curriculum approaches that secure the best possible outcomes for pupils.
His subject specialisms lie in Mathematics and Science, and he serves as a lead curriculum developer for mathematics across the borough. Alongside his classroom and leadership work, Omar works for the NCETM — the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics — as a professional and school development lead, supporting schools regionally to embed mastery in mathematics.
Omar holds nationally accredited qualifications in subject leadership, senior leadership of schools and school headship — credentials earned at the highest level of the profession.

Aniqa Ali
Lead Teacher, Bright Minds
With over 18 years of teaching experience across the private and independent sector, Aniqa Ali currently serves as a leader of STEM and Year Group Leader at one of the UK's largest primary schools.
Her academic background is as distinctive as her classroom practice: a BA (Hons) in Law, followed by a Master's in Advanced Educational Practice from UCL — one of the world's leading universities for education. She also holds national professional qualifications in leading teacher development and in the senior leadership of schools.
Aniqa brings together the rare combination of rigorous academic preparation, frontline classroom expertise and senior leadership credibility — and channels every part of it into the children she teaches at Bright Minds.
